Judge Schulz
12th December 2010
you awaken not only an impression!
The district court of Hamburg has two chambers in which the constitution is set occasionally suspended. The Hamburg justice critic Rolf Schälike calls it "censorship, chambers, attended the negotiations and strongly criticizes. Also on Friday the Sievekingplatz has been in his schedule. This time he got the presiding judge of Schulz, the chamber, the number 25.
stood in the forward role at all strange procedure.
Die Truth was enough. As only the presiding judge Schulz manage it? He simply argues that the defendant "gives an impression" with its publication, let the applicant appear in a negative light. To dispel doubts about his decision, Schulz sat down the value of the claim to 20 000 €.
That's pretty expensive for the defendant, pleasing for the plaintiffs and does now for each court reporter: always think is right, what is decided by the Hamburg Regional Court. Also notes that correspond to the truth, can disappear immediately in the trash. So never give the impression that you have as a reporter and even ears and eyes. Justicia is blind - who has seen or heard what is condemned to silence.
And if there are witnesses who give the impression that they intend to testify for the defendant? The presiding judge does not like Schulz. Finally, he will not give the impression that he has trouble ...
